Can I sing up ebay account on my dad ?

Hey guys,my account has been suspended. I bought book about stealth account, really good book, but I can't buy ukrainian ebay account.Is it possible to make everything as written in the book, and instead of buying an account, register it on my friend or father?

Not really the best to use friend or father info but if you discuss with them and they are aware....then possibly.

2) Disable Flash Player
3)Delete cookies.
4)download image cleaner.

Use a different address also, that is CRUCIAL.

they do check to see if that address has been used on ebay before
