20 years real account suspended not MC011
 

This is my real account , 20+ years , 7k feedback 100% ,not in MP
This account was used to sell low end stuff about 1K a month until recently, I started selling in the health and beauty 2 months ago about 50K a month now and I was told that the suspension is because the sudden change in sales

Got this from ebay , it does not look like an MC011 but I am not sure , they have not taken any listings down, I closed the single case i had opened and told them that all tracking was uploaded to their system as they sell , within one business day. They are now asking for
All items sold to be delivered
ID + credit card
invoices
I have everything but my question is do I send them or move on ?

Considering the alternative to just walking away and moving on why not supply them with what they are asking for? If this is a real account and completely legit just walking away would be like throwing a wad of cash out the car window and driving away. When it is real then fight tooth and nail. When it is stealth then just walk away.

Its not full on ban send them what they asking seems like risk team wants to review your documents send them as much you can and you will hear good news soon

YOu just mentioned the issue in the above statement. You went from something safe to overboard $ and in a risky category too.

At this point you'll have to provide them with everything they asked for and hope that they'll not suspend you for real.

Whenever they ask for something is never a good news. So let us know what happens when you give them the docs
