Purchasing Aged accounts

I have one question about buying accounts. I see accounts for sale that say they are aged and have high selling limits already, but in the FAQ, it states that all of the accounts that are sold here have limits and selling has to gradually be built up over the 90 days. I don’t understand. I want to buy an account and start selling with a high limit right away.

Unfortunately, stealth requires a bit of patience. Using an account from a new IP and computer and suddenly listing mass quantities is going to flag the account.
