Cases closed without seller resolution question for TRS
 

For top rated sellers it is .3% of cases and it also says "minimum number of unique transactions for requirement to activate". What does this mean?

It also says in the fine print, (This applies after the account has exceeded the maximum number of allowed cases.).

If I were to have 500 sales in an evaluation period, how many would put me below standard?

It sounds like you need to really change the way you work or if it's the item that's causing cases to be opened you need to not sell that item anymore.

You'll get suspended eventually if this keeps going.

You should NEVER have these cases. Honestly, it is very lazy to have these cases. It is the worst ebay offense.

But.... 500 x .03 is 15
