Ebay account suspended bought items before suspension not delivered
 

Hi all,

need advice. Account have been suspended 2 days after I bought item on eb*y. I not trying to find reason of suspension. Purchased item haven't been delivered, tracking number not existing. As account is suspended it doesn't allow me to anything with this purchase. Checked payp*al - there is no also option to claim that item was not delivered - there is link which directs you to eb*y. As much as I remember after suspension all purchases and orders are cancelled automatically. Is any chance I can get refund or item posted?

How old is is your ebay account? Once the account is suppend ebay cancal all orders so anything you have bought should be refunded to you automatically and the sale cancelled with the seller.

Account have been fresh - 1 month or so. Nothing have been refunded - amount of purchase was around £80 so would to get refunded or receive items which I bought

Very good chance you will be refunded if that seller is suspended - just a bit confused: is your buying account suspended? or is the seller you bought from suspended?

His account was suspended.
it would take up to 21 days to see the refund in your cc account,most likely 3-7 days

My account was suspended. Ok will wait for 21 day in this case. If won't see refund can I escalate it in any way?

If you bought something with a suspended account and it's not delivered, you must file a claim through paypal... Word of warning, if you sold something... and your account is suspended, all buyers need to do is open a case for any reason and they automatically get a refund. Even if your tracking show it's delivered to the buyer, when the buyer escalates, you'll get an email saying you didn't provide proof.

then i bought item my account was still alive, it got suspended after i made purchase. no option to claim through paypal as it redirects to ebay. suspended ebay is useless - no option to claim either or it states that you are not eligible for buyer protection etc.

if you go to your Paypal transaction,you should see his email address,why not email your seller and ask if he has shipped,plan to ship,if not he should refund/

if you have used your cc,then file with cc issuer

Paypal claim i sonly way.
Go to paypal action center and start your 80 pound claim and next time dont buy with accounts you sell stuff on that get you banned, or atleast wait till it arrives.
