new ebay buyer account suspended immediately
 

I opened an ebay account with an ipburger ip.

I tried to buy an item for 150 on the account.I linked a credit card, and I think thats strange it was giving me an error message.

Then I tried to link a paypal and the payment still would not go through...

I just sent the payment directly with paypal and it went through...

Then I notice my account is suspended.


What is the ebay number I can call to verifiy my info?

Go to any of the help pages on the site and at the bottom there's a link to contact eBay.

EDIT: Doesn't matter what you select as your issue. Only one with an option to call in was hacked accounts, so I called in and they transferred me to the suspension dept and they reinstated me no problem.

Did you open your account with the fresh dedicated VPN or residential IP?

You need the residential IP

I thought we were suppose to wait and buy stuff first before listing....now it seems you can't even buy on a new ebay account what gives?

They suspend all accounts now untill you contact them and answer some questions I opened 25 new accounts and all got suspended after 3 days contract them answered there question all accounts reinstated

Same here. I created 2 accounts a few weeks ago and they were suspended 24 hours later (No listings on them). I sent documents for 1 of them and it was reinstated. I haven't used it since then.

A word of advice guys, eBay is aware of all the VPN's, they visit this forum quite regularly. The best way is use your cell phone as a hot spot. The IP address will show as a cell phone provider, the ip changes every time you shut the hot spot off and log back in. This will not seem suspicious as increasing the public are using hotspots to browse with and is deemed OK by eBay and PayPal.

Doing this and other practices as outlined in the eBay Stealth book it s a lot easier to get a new account up and running.

Keeping it running is another battle.

I'm still learning about stealth, so i'm agree with you. I have friends who used vpn and they got suspended the same day. I think VPN is too easy to detect by ebay,paypal and others, so hotspot or dedicated ip address could be the best solution.

ebay doesn't come here by all means, they got better things to do! i know someone very well in working at security at ebay. he doesn't know i come here but he tells me of things, very deep things about how they work but they don't come here. they got technologies to detect vpn's ipaddress even tho it's acceptable why? because they know there's countries that need vpn to access ebay and such. it's all about how the user with these new accounts go into ebay. logins, cookies, etc, etc.

You need to use residential ip, 4G works well.

Go to ebay, select item, buy, press login, then create account, create new stealth, buy item.
Done

So create account because your buying, works like a charm.
