Has this account risen from the dead?
 

In my spam folder this morning I recieved an email from Billing@ebay.com, a notification of an invoice for an account that has been dead for over a year. In the email it said I have a zero balance (not true) and that my account was up to date. It had the correct user id for the old account and all the info was correct.

I have never gotten an email like this... why would they be sending me an invoice out of the blue on an account that is this old , and tell me I owe them nothing??

I have been using craigslist alot to sell and using that email address to communicate with buyers from craigslist , and they pay using paypal. but I give them my Business Paypal to pay which is different than this email. Are they jsut trying to track me? this makes no sense.

Has this account been risen from the dead?
 

Got a billing notice just minutes ago for $0.00 indicating that no payment was required at this time on an account that had been suspended a year or two ago.
I am going to go to another computerto try and sign into it just for kicks and maybe sell a fewe items on it if I can get on.

This happened a year or so ago and the account was eventually shut down a month or two later when they figured it out.

Haha...just got the same thing! Let me know what it shows when you login. I am curious! It doesn't look like a spoof email.

How great would it be if a computer glitch released all of our "zombie" accounts from the dead?

Waiting to see how many other accounts I've lost ovet the years as they all start roaming the earth to satisfy their unquenchible appetite for brains...(which ebay has none)

HaHa. They did that 2 years ago: a heap of accounts came back to life, gave false hope to the users, then got suspended again. :pout:

Well I logged in... immediatley suspended....

Oh well got my hopes up for nothing :) It was an 04 account too *pout*

I guess I won't even bother logging into it....
