HELP!! MC049 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing
 

I am quite new to ebay, i had about 15-20 items listed for sale, some are new some are used. 2+ feedback, NO dispute, NO complains, NO VERO, NO warning.
I created another seller account yesterday and listed only 3 items.

2am this morning, I got an email saying my account got suspended, and of course, all my listing got removed....

Would anyone give advice on why this happened? how to get my account back? or i cant sell on ebay forever? I AM SO )*&%*^ with ebay!!!! :mad2:

here is the email I got from them:

Dear (my ebay ID)

Your eBay account has been suspended. eBay took this action after determining that your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.


You are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.Any seller fees that are still owed are due to eBay immediately. eBay will charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that is currently on file.

"that your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies"??? Never saw this one...Did you shill bid? What were you selling? maybe something forbidden..?

This has to be my favorite...could they be any more vague?

Of course they don't what to let you know what you did wrong so that when you start setting up all of your stealth accounts you won't slip up again:nono:

i was selling some new shoes and used clothes T.T..............i was doing good, could that because my account is too new to be doing good??? i m so confused.........

No, there is a reason Ebay suspended you, but its hard to know why from what you told us so far. Is someone in your family Ebayer and got suspended before? You can be suspended if someone used your computer and same IP and than got suspended ... If you are a student I could understand... If not, write to them and insist on reason for your suspention. They must tell you something....

i was suspended too .. i had my brother set a new account from his house .. phone ccard, bank phone.. all his Now i use inkfrog.com to list and launch auctions .. that way your ip does not show .. i have logged on with my ip and purchased items .. but Don't list if you log on .. use inkfrog,
