Restore Old account or Make new?
 

Hi yesterday I Get offer to removing MC011 from my account (very old account with a lot of good reviews ) - I have used this service before, but price for that $1200

What is better?
Restore an old account or buy a couple of new ones for this money?

NEITHER of the two options.

1st option: VERY RISKY. I personally will not risk it. Considering also with the amount involved, there is no guarantee that the account won't be suspended again as it was being flagged before. Start with a new one instead.

2nd option: Do not buy accounts since you can make it own your own. You can save a lot.
Here's the cost for the 2nd option:
- $10.00-$20.00 for the static residential ip address
- $5.00 for the phone number verification (non-voip)
- $10-$15.00 for the VCC to be used
- EMAIL (you can make your own or buy ($2.00 each)
- You will have high selling limits accounts for just less than $40.00

IMAGINE how much you can save :)

Yes but Now I have a lot of new acc 3-5 month and my morning start from ... READ MESSAGES in Hope didn't get suspension or something like this.

I think it's harder to get banned on an old account or i'm wrong?

It's harder to get banned in old accounts yes.

I'd do both. Make some new stealth accounts and buy some.

This will cover the now and the future when you need accounts to sell on.

Older accounts are really good, and will give you a feeling of being somewhat secured.
But i recommend you make your own accounts for your backups.
There's no special method of creating the accounts. It's just a matter of good resources you use to make the accounts.
