Can't call Ebay +1-866-540-3229

Hello, I can't contact ebay support by phone +1-866-540-3229, when I call, a new robot answers me, which only advises to contact them in writing through their website, at the end there is only the opportunity to press 1 for the robot to repeat everything.
I call them during work time
Does everyone have this? How to get through to ebay managers?

until last week with that option i chatted with them. now only have option for call or email.
