I would stick to computers and different user accounts. Old and proven methods will keep your future accounts safe

A couple of years ago i used a cellphone (with a new sim card) to access paypal and i had an issue. That phone was previously used to access a suspended paypal account. Maybe it was a coincidence, but regarding eb i think a computer could be safer as Speeder33 and rsot said . Pay attention to them because they have a lot of experience handling stealth accounts.

Simple answer is no.

Use a phone phone that has never ever logged into eBay or PP before if you are planning to run your business on a phone.

Using the phone to hotspot to a PC is perfectly fine.

I will never recommend a mobile device to do your amazon or eBay business.

I even tried an iPad, didn't work out well.

Use a real computer or laptop. It's much better, trust us.

when you reset a device, you only wipe data on it and reinstall the OS (Operating System), all other properties remain the same, especially the IMEI of your device which is supposed to be unique...

If you are serious about making money and business then you need to get some equipment

Handful of phones, internet connections, laptops and desktops etc

If you are just starting out and all you have is that phone then after you do your factory reset, delete all amazon, paypal and ebay apps on the phone

This is only a small bit of info, you need to do a more to be safe

Also, only use a browser to use ebay and paypal from your phone

It is much more complex but that is a bit of info for you

I have some customers at my door so I dont have the time to explain properly, sorry for that

Anyway, after you make some money, get a laptop or something and you can expand your business from there comfortably

if you use the ebay/paypal/amazon apps then that is what logs your imei

I don't use the apps. I used suspended phone before after reset and no problem. I wonder how you know this info.
