i don't want to use paypal anymore just a pain company to deal with

how can i use Merchant Credit Card Options

Do I need a special card or apply for something

I don't believe ebay allows merchant accts. They canceled that option awhile back.
Now that theyre switching to Managed Payments they will be on control of the whole payment process.
