I have always listed an item straight after account creation and never had a problem, i always do this to start the 90 day timer from first item sale.

If you are listing straight away make sure its a cheap item like a book/dvd ect.

I list a used cheap item straight after account creation every time i make an account and have never had a problem, are you guys using a paypal account with a bank attached?

i use 14-21 days.
But i sell vero and digital, kinda tricky already. But not have much issues with the time i age.
