What happen if you don't pay ebay fee
 

I have a paypal account which hold $800 and it has been limited link to my ebay account with the same details

I just want to have a question

im currently own ebay $200 fee, if i don't pay that fee and leave my acc suspended, what will happen to me

I also have other paypal account negative balance $150 due to dispute from buyer. what will paypal do if i don't pay because i already the item and even give them tracking number, now the buyer keep my money and my item as well. it annoyed me, so i don't want to pay as i did ship item

All the details i gave to ebay and paypal are fak.e , do they can do collection agency on me or...
Or ebay will automatically withdraw $200 from $800 from my paypal acc even it has been limited .

If you're enrolled in the automatic payment method, they will try to collect from your paypal , but since your account is limited. i don't think they can.


They will send collecting to whoever's name and address on file with ebay.
