MC113 for verification what do i tell them
 

Hi there i have made few accounts and they have all got mc113 after 30 minutes.

So for one of the accounts i used the Australian eBay live chat (accounts all Australian) and they have said this :

eBay: " no worries i will help you to fix that , to do that can i ask you a few questions?"

eBay: " so what items will you be selling and how long will the delivery take for those items "

ME: "Hi ill be selling some furniture's and household items that i have and will be using suppliers in the future"

ME: "Also maybe buy some gaming consoles for my nephew"

eBay: " You wont be able to use ebay find another platform"


WTF?? seriously ?? does anyone know what went wrong with my conversation ??????

How can they do that?

What should i tell them next time i use live chat for my other accounts ???

p.s all new ip, bank, phonenumber ,address were used .....:attention:

Avoid saying you are going to buy/sell or even watch game consoles on eBay

Tell them you already have a supply chain for your shop and that you wish to take it online

But bear in mind though if you’re getting an MC113 that quickly there may well be an issue with the way in which you’re creating the account

OMG thank you for this .....

could you tell me whats wrong with my steps ... please really need help...

1. new bank, new phone number ,new name ,new d.o.b,,, new everything

2. new fresh ip address from 24 vc

3. New windows user>>>>> even reseted the whole windows factory rest


Then i go ahead make an account and paypal then link them...

i wait around 30 min to 3 hours then i get mc113 saying i got suspended....
then i try using live chat then most of the times they reinstate it 7 out of 10 times

then i list my first item ... then my account is blocked.....

use live chat again.... no .hope for the account ......


please help ......

May want to try with a different IP provider if you keep running into that issue

I agree. A couple of months ago i got suspended 30-60 minutes after account creation, even before list any item. I realised later that the IP was the major issue because my ISP kept the same ip address for a month and i didn't notice it, so i was creating an account through a previouslly banned IP. Later IP changed again (It is dynamic) and i was able to create an stealth account, then upgraded to seller account, and now i'm buiding some history. I haven´t listed any item yet.

oh so u didnt create a business account from the start?? did u just make a normal ebay account?

Cuz i always make a ebay business account ... can this be an issue?

I created personal accounts. Regarding your question, i don't really know whether business account is an issue or not. Some people create personal accounts, build some history and later upgrade those accounts to business accounts.


Residential IP. In fact i use a landline phone located at my house. It is a dynamic ip address, so it changes every 3 or 7 days.
