What am I doing wrong?
 

My new stealth account was indefinitely suspended shortly after creating it.

Here are the steps I did to create it:

1. Bought a fresh IP for Ipburger chrome extension
2. Found the location of the ip and used an address within that location
3. Found the area code and got a new phone number using textme
4. Made a new paypal with the same information
5. Connected a Vanilla visa gift card to the paypal
6. Linked Paypal to eBay
7. Created a listing and got suspended an hour later

Is there something I'm missing?

A listing was created the same time as the account created, would be a good reason of the take down, best to have waited a while before listing anything and took things slowly, just to show ebay your a newbie and working your way around the site.

I am not so sure this is the reason, i have followed the same steps and new windows user account, off the 10 + accounts i created in the past few weeks, all suspended, some i didn't even list an item, got the MC113 i think message as soon as i entered the 4 digit code from the sim card SMS.

There is a new step we're missing that eBay is catching us, that's what i think, and something to do with the computer, regardless of using new windows account.

There was another user here that had these problems with creating accounts over 2 months and everyone was suspended, that user has now figured out the link per their posting, but i have sent them message, but no reply.

MC113 is usually due to "security concerns on the account." were you using 1 phone, but changing sim card for all accounts?, Personally, i have not come across this. Let us all know if you do hear back.

In your place (OP) i would revise step 3. Is it a voip service?, an App for texting services?. I'm afraid eb don't like those kind of services.

It's an app called TextMe. Do you recommend something else?

I think the TextMe app has a location sharing feature, where Users can share their device’s location. If enabled, it may show whoever you text additional details. Just saying.

1. Buy residental IP
2. Buy real SIM card
3. Gain some cookies and browsings before first listing
4. Link EBAY with PAYPAL at the same time

1. Don't use fresh, use residential IP
3. Textme = voip = bad for eBay
# Best to get the account verified with VCC then confirmed with bank before adding to PP.
