How to Prevent Counterfeit Policy suspension ?
 

Hey guys just want to see your opinion about how to prevent most as possible Counterfeit Policy suspension ?

Yesterday I got this suspension and it was digital goods but no any kind of suspension was about this it was just for Counterfeit Policy, I guess competitor going around and doing false reports, but how damn to do some prevention for this kind suspension to lowest levet ?

Theres no way to prevent it.
Those are super high risk items and they are highly scrutinized - with or without competition reporting you.
Your only option is to try to increase your odds by getting the acct established before introducing such item to a full mix of other items youll be listing.

It also doesn't hurt to have a fleet of accounts to use to report your competitor off of eBay.

You’ll have much less of a headache selling different products. There are tons of niches that can make you as much money with 5% of the headache. It does take time to find, but eventually you’ll find one

I have niche which can sell instantly so to find good one other then this makes so much hard work and shipping handles hmmm...looks like reports for "⊗⊗⊗⊗ items and Conterfeit" simple cant be avoided in any case...

You just have to have more accounts.nselling digital items is high risk because charge back rate is 25%

easy to find digital items with a high markup on ebay usually means you can charge a high markup for a reason (aka its not possible to sell them too long without a suspension)

Trademarks are important sometimes.

For many years I used to make a quick buck selling these things. Who cares if the Nike socks aren't original. If they came from the same assembly line everyone wins except Nike and that's great. But then it just encourages the criminals who will make ⊗⊗⊗⊗ chemotherapy medicines.

In most cases ebay suspends coming as report results from competitors.

That's correct. I have seen a LOT of new users falling down due to such items. But i've seen some seller who are established and their accounts last longer.
