MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

I’m a 7200+ feedback seller since 2007. I have 100% feedback.

I had not sold in a few years and 45 days ago started selling amazon firesticks and amazon tablets on eBay. These are real, not clones no counterfeits, the real deal.

I sold $75,000.00 in the first 30 days. I was top rated and had perfect metrics. I was excited to wait 60 days so I could get promoted listings but got mc011. I would have easily been able to sell 300,000.00 a month promoted!

I had perfect metrics. No returns, no claims, no issues. No tracking delays...nothing. No warning from eBay they just shut my stuff down.

I don’t get it. I literally did not do anything wrong. I was busting butt shipping same day and was a good seller. Had 90 recent feedbacks all 100% 4.9 and 5.0 stars.

The mc011 asked for me to upload tracking to all my orders sold on eBay and resolve any cases or claims. Well everything was upload that’s why I’m top rated and I had no cases, no returns not even one issue I’m squeaky clean!

I replied back and 7 days later eBay replied and ask for proof of identity. I provide my drivers license and invoice for my product and a electric bill.

The documents were all good to go, I even called customer service and they opened and verified on the phone they were good
And that the internet dept would see this and review.

Well days later I got an email from eBay saying my appeal had been denied and that my account will remain indefinitely suspended.

I swear I don’t even think they opened my documents. I’m legit. I’m selling items dozens of sellers are exclusively selling and they even selling a ton more volume.

It doesn’t make sense.

Does anyone know anyone who works at eBay that I can talk to and pay them for help?

I’ve looked up account reinstatement on the internet and so many look like scams and don’t take PayPal or credit cards.

I need help guys.

Is there a way to recover this account ?

Thank you so much.

Its ebay not Amazon they do review documents, is it stleath account or real? Doc was real? Including licence ?

These review by merchant risk department and they call as a backend office

Welcome to the forum - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:

Very rough story to read - you will have to fight a bit more, call and keep pushing

Maybe he doesn't have Amazon's authorization

good points,he has to be an authorised reseller.
unless he is selling used ones, but it sounds like he is not selling used but brand new ones and selling many

"I literally did not do anything wrong"

"I had not sold in a few years"

"I sold $75,000.00 in the first 30 days."

You sold way to much way to fast in a category of item that if rampant with fraud on what amounts to a new seller account.

agent006140 11-15-2020 11:46 AM

Re: MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

SELLING WAY too fast would just cause his payments to be withheld up to 21 days, not shutting down his account.
OP said-
don’t get it. I literally did not do anything wrong. I was busting butt shipping same day and was a good seller. Had 90 recent feedbacks all 100% 4.9 and 5.0 stars.
-------------------------
Do you really have all these items in stock yourself or are you expecting AMZN to ship for you,aka you are engaging in retail arbitrage?
also if you are selling so fast and so much and you can sell even more under promoted listings, are you selling too cheap, hurting other sellers who need to turn a profit?
Also AMZN does not like its products sold too cheap.

Re: MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

my reply to everyone’s questions and comments below:

Yes, I really have all these items in my hands in my warehouse. I do not drop ship. I ordered these items from a company in California by the case load. I print my labels and ship out from the zipcode where printed. I do not Dropship.

I have never been warned by eBay for anything.

7 times over the last 45 days I contacted seller limits support on live chat and they would check me out fast and raise limits every time it was simple.

There is no vero or copyright issues.

There are at least 50 larger sellers than me selling same 2-3 different items only that are still selling non stop. You can see their items sold on the listings and they go back over 6 months to a year of non stop good till cancelled listings.

This items are real. No clones. Not returns. Brand new sealed in amazon packing and cardboard.

I provided them with real documents. Real invoice that looks really nice and clear, along with license and electric bill.

I called ebay support but I always get a Phillipino call center and they transfer me to a USA call center that says they are the voice for the back office team that does suspensions.

I’m not sure what else to do except keep calling and maybe someone who has some interest helps me.

Other than selling too much too quick items that many many others are selling with no issues I didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t sell outside eBay.

Did I mention I have top rated metrics and got 90+ feedbacks all 4.9/5 stars and none bad.

All customers happy!

So annoyed by this. I could be selling 8-10k in a sales a day and it is misery seeing my opportunity get shut down.

Help!

Re: MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

I got thru to a USA eBay trust and safety phone agent. They are real secret like on disclosing information but he said they noted my account that the invoice I sent them did not pass their standards. They think I’m selling counterfeits or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and so they didn’t approve it. He said he was going to message the back office and tell them I had 150+ feedbacks and all perfect and customers never had any issues so we don’t think it’s possible to be ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Plus the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ when you install them you have to register straight with amazon.

Fingers crossed maybe in 3 days they tell me I need to do soemthing else.

Re: MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

The problem is. How are you selling amazon products at below amazon prices? This is the question eBay is going to ask themselves. Why would amazon sell their own product wholesale to someone else to undercut them?

Doesn't pass the smell test.

Re: MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

may be your supplier is a counterfeiter.
one of your buyers could be a VeRO,bought it just to verify it .

Re: MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

You can sell 8-10k a day. You sold 75k a month. Your account is a high risk that could be the reason why eBay put a reg flag on your account.

Biliac 11-18-2020 02:11 AM

Re: MCO11 first email...then identify email...then they indefinitely suspended

But eBay hasn’t said anything about vero....but it’s well below what amazon sales for.

I understand though ...

Could have just tripped up a bot and the lazy idiot that reviewed your documents couldn't be bothered to pass them. It can happen. Who will question that person ? no one. Especially with the pandemic, and with the backlog of work all businesses will have. The staff are no doubt working from home as well.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching us regarding the selling restriction on your account. I’m Alfred and I am sorry to hear about the restriction of your eBay account. Allow me to get things clear.

I’ve reviewed your account and it has been determined that your business may not be right for the eBay marketplace. We have observed some risk patterns from your previous transactions, which caused bad buying experience. As a result, we have indefinitely restricted your selling privileges in all regions.

In addition, you may not open a new account to sell items on, as that account will also be subject to an indefinite selling restriction. At this point, your account will remain restricted from selling on eBay. You will need to find another venue site to sell your items.

I know this can be a bit disappointing and if you feel this way about our partnership, perhaps that reinforces this decision today. We do try to provide the best environment possible for all sellers on eBay, but we also have our requirements to remain on the site. Without these requirements, there is no way for you, our sellers, or us to remain competitive and successful.

On the other hand, based on your performance as a buyer, you're still welcome to use eBay to purchase items from other sellers and as much as you would like, and we hope that you do.

I know this may not be the answer that you were hoping for, but this is our final decision.

Kind Regards,

Alfred P.

eBay Trust

I had perfect feedback and rated top rated and no claims cases or any returns and 100% rating and I’m still “risky” behavior in ends eyes....

I’m going to keep trying eBay but it seems hopeless.

I’m going to keep trying eBay but it seems hopeless.

Purchase eBay stealth and read it, you'll get some clue how it happened. A lot many factors can cause these problems. You'll also get to know the ways to start selling again on eBay.

I hope this serenity prayer can help you.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.

Apart from that, mostly all suspensions are denied so eBay reps are working like robots and got into patterns of habit to deny the suspension without doing proper research. I hope you get good rep and they uplift the suspension if nothing was wrong with the account.

Ask for managers and try to appeal suspension by contacting managers through eBay email channel

Wish he would tell me where he's buying from. Because my $2 a profit an item isn't cutting it.

You have my sympathy.

I had the same situation with you, I sold $ 50k in the first half of the month, and I got Mc011 on the 18th of that month.

however I sent them what they needed. Include invoices from suppliers. And I finally got rid of mc011 after 1 week.

I believe, your case comes from the purchase invoice, it may be real but the invoice is too simple, leading to ebay to suspect that this is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice.

Whoever wrote this reply used a script. eBay is literally filled with morons. I can only imagine how many good sellers have left eBay because of their idiotic politics. They lack any common sense.

Has anybody considered that the thread starter may have been selling fire sticks with some extras added like Kodi and the repositories to get free movies. That would get a huge surge in sales.

They only way to make money is to do this, nobody can sell you them under retail as Amazon controls the distribution and prices and unless you are Bestbuy or Walmart you not get the wholesale prices. I wonder what invoices he sent for the fire sticks to eBay
