Freemium VPN?
 
Can I use the freemium version of a VPN like Windscribe or Hotspot shield to change my ip address? And how does ExpressVPN compare to IPBurger?

You can use it to change your IP address for regular browsing.
I would NOT advise you use it for anything relating to stealth.

In my experiences, if i were to use any VPN. It would be residential or mobile ips. Ipburger quality ips cost money. There are a few others out there that are pretty good.I won't advertise though because of ipburger being the main affiliated one with this website. I have a another listed in my stealth guide that comes with account purchases.
