Here is the suspention email i received from ebay:

We're sorry to tell you that your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community.

You can appeal this suspension. If, once we review your appeal, we're confident that this activity doesn't put the community at risk, we'll be happy to reinstate your account. For information about how to appeal this suspension, please go to:

Unfortunately, during the suspension you won't be able to use eBay in any way. Any remaining selling fees are due right away. Amounts that you haven't already disputed will be charged to the billing method you selected.

After i contact the ebay customer service, ireceived an email from them like this:

Thank you for emailing us regarding the suspension of your account
"popgoooooooooolf". Let me take the opportunity to further explain and
clarify the suspension, and help you with what's best in resolving this
matter.

As we're always happy to assist you, I've personally checked our records
and can see it was suspended due to several discrepancies in your
registration information. We reserve the right to suspend a member's
account and ask for further information if we have cause for concern.

Please understand we're not accusing you of fraudulent behaviour. Our
top priority is to ensure that eBay remains a safe and reputable place
to buy and sell, so we'd like to confirm some of the information you've
given us.

Here's what you should do now:

Please provide us with the following documents so we can review your
account.

1) Proof of the name and address you have on file with us
2) Proof that the item you listed is in your possession - a receipt,
bill of sale or agreement with your supplier for the item:

That whole message they sent is deliberately meant to be deceiving. They throw in the part about proof of possession just to draw attention away from what they really want. They want rock solid proof that you are located where you claim to be located. They want you to log in directly from your ISP which should match the geographic area that your address says you are located.

I'm guessing that you use a proxy or a vpn. If so, they are assuming that you use it for the purpose of not letting them see you are very distant from where you told them you are. Even if they can't prove your true location, they detect proxy and vpn as easy as I am able to cuss and swear (effortlessly). They won't believe for a moment that you use proxy or vpn for firewall protection and/or security purposes.

My assumption may be inaccurate. And personally, I have no beef with proxy or vpn use. I'm just pointing out what that message USUALLY means.

Being from China is going to make it difficult for you to use eBay. And you will have a nearly impossible amount of trouble fooling them. It's not entirely impossible, just almost impossible.

You might be better off exploring other options not posted openly.

That would be any secret that somebody somewhere knows but is smart enough to not post in a place where ebay or paypal can easily read it and patch the hole. So, you won't find the answer in a public section of any forum where people's continued success depends on the method remaining somewhat obscure.
