I doubt it - most mainstream VPNs are pretty poor for running an eBay account from

If you use vodafone you can sometimes end up with a virgin media ip, which is residential

Heres the response for your PM, i dont have 25 post and i cba spamming the board with posts to get there xD

Residential IP is like a normal persons house, it is very good. Getting a Virgin media IP from Vodaphone takes a while but it is possible

The types of ip are normally limited to a persons house, a mobile tower and a datacenter.

House>Mobile>Datacenter

No you can't it's the other around or at least used to be. It used to be true that if you used Virgin Media you got a Vodafone IP but 12 months ago Virgin moved over to EE so now piggyback off them.
