Yes but it would be best for you to at least change your IP for each account.

Mobile internet is a viable solution. A lot of the Euro people here just use mobile dongles to change their IP.

You'd get an Italian data plan from a cell phone service provider + a SIM card and a mifi device, and then use that device to connect to the internet. Those kind of devices typically have dynamic IP's so to get a new IP you'd just need to turn the device off and back on.

I can't really guide you on service providers since I'm not Italian but there are hundreds of users who run their accounts this way.
