Suspended for no reason ?
I'm selling on my main account for 5 years now - 100k per year. 2400+ 99.7% fb everything above average, as I'm taking care of my account and providing a top service in the UK. Business account.
I have created a secondary account for smaller sales, I wanted to separate and transfer some sales from my main account. As you probably know, here in UK you cannot create business bank accounts until 14th of Dec. Due to this reason, I have created a Private account + private paypal account until I get business bank account and then - switch private ebay account to business + link my business bank accounts.
I started to sell, got my limits lifted, and got banned. no reason, no appeal.
There were no cases, no late payments, no late deliveries, nothing.
My main business account is still on track and working fine (it's been a month now when I got banned on my secondary account)
Any ideas ?
The only thing I feel WHY it may happen, ebay account Name and Last name was my business name (business is already registered in UK) I'm not sure if this is a case. But as I already mentioned, we can't get business BANK accounts registered until 14th of Dec. SO this was the only reason for registering Private account so I can link a PayPal.
PayPal cannot be linked to UK Ebay business accounts any longer.
Awaiting for your Ideas. I know there can be million reason why I've got flagged and banned by ebay algorithm, but I've been providing no issues selling service for years.
Anyone making a call services with experience ? As I've tried to contact them - No explanation are given.
I also understand, my main account is in trouble. |
