Account Unsuspended After PERM Ban
Just wanted to share, so maybe it can help someone.
So an account of mine got the perm suspension where they say they will not disclose why and you will never get unsuspended. Tried to chat with them a few times to try to get a good rep to tell me why or try to get it unsuspended. They didn't budge.. whatever. So a buyer said they didn't get an item, even though I uploaded tracking and it shows that its still in transit. Well my acc was suspended so eBay took it upon themselves to automatically refund the guy, so I was kind of pissed as their reason was no tracking uploaded when I did have it uploaded... PayPal didn't have their email, you can't message the buyer when your suspended , so I had to open a chat as a buyer. Talked to her saying I could not message the buyer bc of my suspension. She transferred me to account suspension supervisor who then asked what I was selling blah blah and said they are reinstating my account. Not even what I asked for but ok, can't complain. Moral of the story is keep trying till you get a good rep and don't take no for an answer. Ask for thier manager, be a Karen. |
