 Need to know what I need to get back on ebay: Banks, ect
So I'll make this simple as possible. I got suspended permanently, I believe because I had 3 items marked as delivered but one went to the wrong address, while two contained the wrong items. I opened item not received cases on them as sellers have always been unhelpful about it.
I used my paypal tied to my one and only bank and debit card. I mostly used ebay on a phone using wifi only in Chrome I can clear all history/cookies but I can't change the IP address of the router. I have herd unplugging it a day can, or calling the internet provider.
What I can do is:
Make new email, ebay, paypal account. If really required a new bank with checking and new debit card. I can use a phone (not on my wifi) for ebay, if my IP address is really ruined forever.
I just need to know what I really need to do here.
Will sending money from my old paypal ruin the new one?
Do i really need the new bank, or just a new debit card?
I just wish to buy on ebay again not sell. Also I have no way around this but i have to use my same address but I can use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name. Can't afford a po box and not everything fits in one.
