Getting Ability to list BIN Items

Followed ASPKIN guide. 3 days: so far, so good. Anyone have any input on attaining the ability to list BIN w/ a new sellers account? ID verifty seems out the window...What is the quickest way to get up to 10 feedback SAFELY. I have read that buying 10 ebooks for $1 each will get you suspended quick. Anyone have experience/input/ideas?
