the key point of eBay Stealth book

I haven't purchased the book yet, but did watch multiple videos on Youtube. The first thing they point out is to find someone who can lend out his/her identity to you, so you can send docs to ebay for proof of identity.

So if you couldn't reach such a person who can help you, you couldn't get this done, am I right?

You can always get creative with the ID documents using photoshop. It's worked for me as well as many others here. Even if you can get someone else's identity, still get the stealth guide and practice, as a real person's account is very valuable and you don't want to mess it up.

Youtube videos are not the way to go, the stealth guide is worth the time and investment

they could find adress and then match name and birthday etc..

I can't believe you said, "I haven't read the book"... but then ask for advice on it. Never use a real person's identity. Get the book. Read it. Or at least read these forums.

Stealth still works, but they are inviting more and more people to managed payments with established accounts, that's why getting new accounts and spreading out sales is best course of action before they force new accounts to provide a tax id from the start. When that happens, you won't be able to make new accounts.
