In terms of having multiple stealths on one PC, with each account having a new user, is this safe?

I have seen a few people on the forum recently say it is not safe anymore, but not providing an explanation.

Is this true, or is the method still safe?

I am doing it without any issues. I am using different Mozzila Firefox Portable for each windows account.
