VeRO Help Ebay
 

Hello, looking for help around VeRO on eBay!

I had multiple listings pulled down by VeRO a few weeks ago, claiming that "it does not allow virtual item sales of its IP " which is not what I was listing on eBay.


I have emailed the rights holders, with no response for a while now and am looking for further advice, is this a good guide for this?

Was thinking about diffirent ideas as well, Mabe make another listing without brand name, message eBay to tell them that the rights holder has not responded, but I would like help from anyone with experience with this, thank you! :noidea:

If you do try that do it on another acct - another hit like that and you could lose the acct for good.

Some time ago i received a vero strike. I looked through a vero list for the "vero member" who reported the item and i didn't find it on that list. I was selling a wireless massager. Then i contacted Eb CS and they said me that vero member had to contact them after solve the issue with me. "vero member" didn't reply to me.

Would you rather waste time to deal with this and not make any money in the mean time and risk your account suspended or will you move to another account and sell something else?
