Indefinitely suspension on New Account resolved.
 

Hey i got my new account created last week, if i suspect a suspension, it will pop around the first 24 hours of the account creating for registering as a seller.
on this one i listed my first item and everything went smooth. Few days later, i got it sold.(i mean ebay has an insane amount of buyers) Today out of nowhere i received an email regarding an Indefinite account suspension, which states nothing can be done... etc. i was really upset about it. Nowdays cuz of Covid their customer support sucks. after 20 minutes of hold on the phone i finally got connected. After five minutes i managed to get my account back. Overall i am just making this thread because i've never got a new account unsuspended after a Indefinite suspension.

Come back tomorrow, it will get re-suspended for sure.

If you created a seller account and get suspension, its most likely just for verification only, is it your first suspension right?

i signed in today without any issue, the thing is that i've never got an email regarding my account reinstatement which is odd. Moreover yesterday once i got that permanent account suspension i was able to sign in and accessing my account with all features like there was never suspended.

ebay working normal, even though on the help&contact page on acount holds,restrictions and suspensions it says my account is permanently suspended.
that's super weird. i can access anything without any issue.

When i tried to list my second item it shows that i have to pay the seller balance before continuing, so it’s going well, once the funds are available on pp i will go ahead and pay the balance and then list
I will update once i’ve done it.

i had a sale delivered already but the funds were still on hold.
i called them once again to see what was going on.
they told me that they will release them within 24-48hrs.

i just received an email regarding my listing has been restored. i suppose, the first agent two days ago did not do the correct work on my account regarding the reinstatement. so now they fixed it.

My funds were released successfully.
i paid my ebay fees and i was able to list a new item, without any issue.

I tried calling that number but always get transferred to a number that they said is no longer in use

After five sales everything going smooth, I received another permanent suspension. I called yesterday i was waiting 4 hours on hold, no one answered. Probably because it was Sunday and there were too many calls. I was so pissed, and ended the call.
Today i called again, waited 20 minutes I finally got with someone, after two minutes of talk, they reinstated it
