New Ip,Before I did lot of account from Phone and Was 0 Block,Also I Make account from Burger Ip and don't have any block,Is some wrong with setting Phone ? Leak Ip ? Please help

Ok there is a lot of misinformation about cell phones being used for stealth accounts.
1. Only use cell phones as a hot spot for your PC etc, as an internet source.
2. Do not use a cell phone with eBay or PayPal apps for multiple accounts, if one account is burnt, do not use that cell pone again with an eBay app to open another account, changing sim cards will not solve the issue that your phone is being linked to other accounts that have been suspended.
I still advocate using a mobile hot spot over any other method used on here and can be used for multiple accounts at no extra cost about your regular cell phone bill.

Am Use only hot spot from phone,Uk Sim Card (Three) when I want to make ebay account I Have Fresh IP,is it possible that the phone's IP changes every 5-20 Min ? and then and they block Ebay after 30 minutes?

My guess is they can link the actual phone (device) being used as a hotspot?
Maybe use another phone (ie a new one), or use an unlocked (mobile sim) Wifi unit?
But yes, IPBurger are expensive but getting a cheap phone and using it as hotspot is cheaper in long run!
