Account suspended, but ebay gave me a chance to verify
 

Hi,there.
Last weekend I got this message from ebay after I sold a $8.79 pre-owned auto part.
I listed another 2 items, also pre-owned and under $10.
The message is

After reviewing your eBay account, we’ve noted several concerns within your account activity. As a result; we have suspended your account. If you feel this action was taken in error and would like to continue to use your eBay account, we would like to verify your account and eBay account activity directly with you. Registering a new account may hinder any option to appeal your account. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay community and appreciate your understanding

I checked other thread and someone said just contact ebay.
I am wondering if anyone got this message before?
Does anyone have any email address to contact ebay?
I've tried to login to my account, but only showed this message and I can do nothing.
I want to know what document or information that eBay will request.
If anyone can give me advice, that would be great.
I appreciate your help.

This is the message shown in a red highlighted box when you try to login, right? Please let me know what ends up happening. One of my accounts had this, but I haven't tried to resolve it yet.

Yes, and we can't do anything.
I really don't know how to contact eBay cuz it's just a message in a red box.

I filled in a form in BBB, told them what's going on. After 3 weeks, eBay restored my account. I guess after a real man reviewed, they finally found out it was a mistake.

normally you have to provide: copy of ID,address proof, good invoice
