Can I create a ebay
My ebay account has been restricted indefinitely from selling, but my paypal account is fine.
Can I create a stealth ebay account by using the existing paypal account?
I can add a new email to paypal account & update credit card information in paypal? when create new ebay account I can use the new paypal email.
Is that possible ebay link the new account to the suspended account?

Why not use a new Paypal as well?
It's best to be safe than sorry. If you are creating a new ebay then you should create a new paypal with same details to go along with it.

It will work with your old paypal but temporarily.
If you want something more stable, create everything new. |

| It is not business account, and I do not have EIN, paypal ask the SSN for selling, and I cannot use my SSN as I already use it in the old paypal account. |

| I have read the stealth guide, and I'm ok for new IP , creating new email, address etc.
but only problem is paypal account, it will ask SSN if paypal for selling purpose, so I cannot create new one,. Looks it is some different to what guideline said,: paypal ask your SSN when you sell 200 items or more than $20, look paypal ask SSN even you want to sell one item now. |

| You should probably for sure make a new email. But I have a feeling PayPal doesn't share your SSN atleast with eBay. |

Honestly, in my experience, it has been fine to do that. You can also change your paypal email to the email you are using on your new ebay account. Just be sure all the info you use on a new ebay account is clean and unused. This includes the phone number, email, ip, and user account |
