Is eBay okay with public/commercial IP?

Hello, I am new to ebay stealth account and have a basic question regarding getting new IP. Is ebay okay with public/commercial IP like fresh IP from IPBurger? I don't have to get a residential IP right? Thanks a lot for any input.
