how does ebay take unauthentic complaint

Does ebay review my account and remove listing every time a buyer reports, e.g. opens return request for reason being the item is not authentic, but without anyway for verification? How should I reply in the request message so it does not raise flag to ebay? Any help is appreciated, thanks a lot.

Accept the return, eBay doesn't care.

Don't accept the return, allow the customer to elevate it to a case and eBay will care.

If you take the risk of selling something that is phake you cannot be surprised if when the buyer realises they have bought a phake they get the arse-ache with you

The best chance you have is to apologise and refund without waiting for the return

You can of course stand on a soap box and spout off about returning the item

If you are selling phake your margin is high - bite the bullet, fully refund and stop selling phake, and hope it goes away would be my suggestion

But you must do what you think is best

You need to know your market and product well OP - customer service is key
