New IP address
 

I got suspended after 20 years, pretty much no explanation. Anyway, I have new gmail, new paypal, new bank account, different computer with different username all under a person's name that I know. I am asking if I can use a vpn like cyber ghost or ivacy successfully to get a changing ip or should I purchase a dedicated ip address. My only concern is I am in Canada and in a city where I can't buy a dedicated Ip for. I can buy one for Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver but I don't live there. Would a dedicated Ip still work for me or what is the best process around the ip situation. I would really appreciate someone who knows or has had success with the ip situation described here. I lilkely only have one chance to make this work. Thank you.
