Suspended account
Dear team,
I am happy to find this forum on internet and I am in need of desperate help
related to my eBay account.
Just to give an overview of my issue, I have a very old account which I'm
using now and was able to purchase goods on eBay initially. Then I activated
selling feature 6 years ago and I sold items well too. 1 thing I can
remember that I listed an item (digital service) where customers can unlock
their Apple iPhone devices. I can remember, they started restricting my
selling facility soon after this listing. By that time, there were tons of
people selling the same item and even now I see on eBay that people are
listing the same and similar services related to what I have mentioned. I've
made many appeals but no luck. Therefore, I had given up that idea and
started opening new accounts. Each time, I opened a new account, they kept
suspending my accounts.
After so many years, I opened a new account by creating a new user account
on my computer on 28th January 2021. I gave all different details such as
address, credit card number, and phone number except for my name. Initially,
it got suspended and made a chat with them and they restored it. Again today
(17th February 2021) when I checked, it was suspended. When I made a chat
again, they were not willing to restore my account.
Please let me know how I can restore my account or open a new account. It
will be a great help. |
