Account always gets suspended, but competitors don't
 

I'm trying to sell this item on eBay (digital item) and whenever I list it my account gets banned shortly after. However there's other people selling that same item without getting banned (and I know that because they've been here for weeks and sold hundreds if not thousands), and I'd like to find out how to do that. What I did notice they're a business seller, but besides that and them being based in another EU country, there's no difference at all. So how to overcone this obstacle, I'd really like to maybe have an account on eBay for more than a week and be able to build it up in peace. Thanks.

1 million dollar question: why me?.
Digital items are free tickets to win a ban. If you have a new account, not established account, then you will be banned for sure. I see some accounts (doing digital items) still alive because they are strong accounts, established accounts. All of them will be suspended as well. It's a matter of time. Notice this point regarding digital items and new accounts: some guys create a lot of accounts and exchange purchases and feedbacks between them, so you can see one of those sellers with more than 500 or 1000 items sold the first day. This is a strategy to scale up their listings on search results.

Same thing happening with me. I am creating account this way:

1) 02 Brand New sim
2) Three dongle for Ip
3) I keep ip record
4) same name and address
5) New user for every account in macbook.

I wait at least 10-20 days to list 1st item and then suspended next day. its happening from last year November. my business just shut now. i have lost all my account in last 4 month. lost all my confidence to create new account. i think ebay can track our laptop or network nowdays and they install it recently. i am with ebay more then 5-6 years and never experienced this type of suspension of account. just cant survive. any tips will be great help. we need to help each other after all thats the reason we are here..

Which category of selling are you listing in even after waiting? Risky item potentially?

i sell brand clothing. i am doing this for long time but never seen this kind of suspension..

Because they are tightening the screws on these accounts.

Check your brand clothing for copyright.
