Reinstate Today

Has anyone tried Reinstate Today?
I cannot find any reviews for them. I am a bit paranoid. I have an old successful ebay account, but yesterday I logged in using a friends wifi, and then realized his account was suspended years ago using same IP address. So now I am wondering if I should have a backup plan if I get suspended by association, which I hear happens. Anyone had experience with Reinstate Today? or know of a similar service for ebay?

Ip changes when you restart the device.

i'd be warry of any random service you see on google promising the moon, lots of scams out there
