ISP Suggestion

I have bellsouth dsl, but with other family members ebaying, I don't want to risk/reset all the time! Just need some suggestions which way to go. Is dial up for my own computer my best option?? I was going to just get Verizon broadband, until I learned on this forum that you will be pretty much stuck with an unchangeable ip address (in case I get clipped again)..Any input will be greatly appreciated!!

I think it's best to use dial up if you feel uncomfortable with DSL. DSL can be a pain, that's why I switched to cable.
