i bought a stealth account thats 2 months old
with 0 feedbacks, then purchased
a brand new laptop with a complete new
identity. my connection to the internet
(Pantech UML290 4G USB Modem.) the phone number
on this device is different then where the stealth account
was created ??? any issues with this setup?

You didn't even need a new laptop for eBay but since you have it, it's fine of course.

I don't know what that modem has anything to do with anything, but from the sound of it you need to read the stealth guide since there's more to this and in the order they need to be done.

Your mixing up several of the technical elements and it is obvious you don't have the proper grasp of any of them.
As Saijin said if you knew how to properly do things you would not have bought a new laptop - you would have simply opened a new windows user acct on any PC you already own or run the acct off a virtual machine.
Give the stealth guide another read friend.

Thank you guys, my old computer was slow, just though i would buy one anyway, it was only $180 on Amazon. tiny little 11.6 ASUS. really appreciate all your help.
