EBAY Banned for underage account?

Basically had an ebay account since 2011. I was 16 at that time and I started using my account recently and I am 26 now. Like how do I appeal this suspension. It seems so stupid they can just ban me for being 16 10 years ago and I did nothing wrong. They have my info and everything too and told me to just make a new account and make me lose thousands of feedback... Anybody had any experience with this before and gotten it appealed?

You opened an eBay account while under the age of 18, thus breaking eBay's Underage user policy.
