Ebay suspension - Managed payments bank account
 

Hi guys,
today my business account selling since 2018 has been suspended and I did not receive any message or email from Ebay, just my ads have finished and I get the suspension message when I try to do something on Ebay.

The account has 100% positive votes, status powerseller and low rate of returns. I registered on Ebay managed payments using an old bank account last week.

I just realized that I linked this bank account in other Paypal account some time ago. This Paypal account has been linked to another Ebay account but the bank account has never been linked directly to any Ebay account.

In theory Ebay has never seen this bank account, they only seen the IDs of linked Paypals. Is it possible that Ebay has been able to find out this bank account belongs to another Paypal linked to another Ebay account and that's the reason of my suspension?

Very doubtful. Paypal does not share that sort of info with ebay.

Agree with above, unlikely to be bank details.

You must have an idea why they suspended you, products you sell, account abuse etc.

( whatever you do, don't buy another account via BHW as a knee jerk reaction before exhausting all avenues here :shocked: )

I'm trying to find more reasons but I can't find any.

I have 3 other stealth accounts , selling since 2019 too, same kind of product, 1 of them has 3 vote negative (99,6% feedback) and status Good instead Excelent like account suspended.

These 3 Ebay accounts are running well at the moment (crossfingers). One account was registered in Ebay Managed Payments using fresh banc account for 2 weeks.

The only difference that I see between these 4 accounts is that I linked a bank account in Ebay Managed Payment that I previously used in another Paypal account. I have checked for Vero messages etc. and in fact 5 months ago I received a warning in one of those 4 accounts but not the one suspended. I have sent a message to Ebay to try get more information, I hope receive an answer soon.

They no longer advise you that you have made your final VERO breach, it's simply permanently closed. Happened to me recently too.

But I did not receive any Vero warning in this account, account has been suspended in first advise if you're theory is right.

I guess you'll have to find a way to get them to tell you.
