Okay guys so here is the strat.
First of all learn how a Virtual Machine works. That's step 1.
Step 2. Proxy in the same STATE of your seller address.
Step 3. Make sure that ****'s an ISP PROXY. (Comcast, Cox, Charter, Spectrum, TWC, ETC)
Step 4. Gmail / Hotmail (go make it).
Step 5. Prepaid Phone with number area code of the seller address.
Step 6. Make the Paypal.
Step 7. Make the ebay.
Step 8. Link the paypal to the ebay for auto deductions (seller fees)
Step 9. BUILD COOKIES. (make dumb searches, maybe see what your competitors are selling the things you actually want to sell for)
Step 10. Sell useless item, that will never sell. Make it $20 higher than MSRP to ensure no one buys. For example Supplements or an old book. Make it way higher than amazon. Let it sit. 4 Days or so, yolo that **** and start listing 1-2 real listings. Then move up slowly.

Also for the love of god. Learn how the internet works and if your IP is leaking. Firefox is less trusted than chrome. Don't ask me why, just is by majority of payment processors. Doesn't mean it wont work, just means its another risk you're taking. -- Also MacOS is more trusted than Windows. So maybe use a Mac VM :)
Make sure your IP isn't leaking through WebRTC or other stuff.
Make sure your IP has a GOOD PROXY SCORE of 90%-100%, Unauthenticated SNMP is ok (or whatever it is), go to
https://whoer.net.
Don't turn off things that normal people wouldn't have off. For example java, webrtc.
Don't set a proxy in the browser, use something that HANDLES it outside and makes it SYSTEM WIDE so that there can be NO LEAKS. Remember sites can EASILY see what extensions are installed.
When in doubt, think like a criminal. A criminal will always try to portray a normal user.
