Purchased Ebay/Amazon Account

The ebay/amazon accounts that are sold in this forum always comes with a fictional name, I'm wondering during the registration and verification process, have they already submitted a personal photo ID for verification?

I'm curious because when I use the account sooner or later I would encouter a photo ID check again

Well the, as soon as EB asks for a photo ID (such as drivers license), EB will simply run a drivers license # check, and ban you.

Of if you use a passport, then they'll run a SS# check, and ban you.

How can that be avoided? Every type of photo ID has some sort of ID number they can run.
