Can I get back my eBay account with a 2 year old MC999 EBI suspension?

So my account was suspended 2 years ago for nonpayment. Tbh I would have paid but the paypal attached got suspended (b/c of course it's Paypal smh) and I got tired of all that so I just stopped using it. This nonpayment is 2 years old now. If I pay the fee will it unlift the suspension? The account is 20+ year old account with 2000 feedback. No other selling restrictions or suspensions ever on the account. In the selling levels and performance standards it says my account is "above standard"

$800 which is why I'm asking. If it were less than $200 I'd risk it and take the chance and if it didn't get reinstated I'd just resolution paypal to get my money back (I've done this for an account in the past and it worked)

With the amount of time that's passed I think it's unlikely they would reinstate you.. but none of us can say for sure.

I've had accounts suspended for nonpayment before which were reinstated after I paid what I owed, but I never waited more than a few weeks to pay eBay.

Fairly high amount to gamble for an account reinstated....yes, I can't say 100% you will be reinstated
