Do Vero's and/ or Counterfeit fault(s) expire completely after let's say 1 year of cooling down the eBays, or are there forever and the accounts are in risk to be indefinitely suspended?.

they expire after a year.
But there'll be a note on the back end still and a staff can pull it up.

I got suspended about a yr ago because eBay accused me of selling counterfeit items. I explained to them multiple times that I was not selling counterfeit items I was selling a in-game service. The customer would pay me to help them level up in the game. EBay someone thought I was selling counterfeit goods and suspended me. I try every few months hoping I can get in contact with a rep that has common sense and will reinstate my account but no luck. So in February I finally gave up and haven't logged back In since.

I have a few questions though.

They warned me multiple times to stop selling vero I called customer service and two representatives looked at my listing and said it was fine and lifted my 7 day and 30 day suspensions. So when I got more veros I was stupid and ignored them then got suspended. If they warned me multiple times is it possible I could get my back when the 1 yr suspension expires?

Before I gave up on getting my account back in February of this year I was contacting eBay every other month trying to explain myself. Is it possible that every time I contact eBay customer service the clock restarts and I'll have to wait longer for the suspension to be lifted?

Huh? Since when do they have a 1 year suspension term?

Once you get that 30 days the next thing is you are finished.

Period.

They also don't like digital items...

My advice is for you to go and start making new accounts using the stealth guide.
Don't wait for this one account. learn from it, don't do the same stuff anymore and start building accounts to make more sales

Different Computer
Started using my middle name instead of my first
Waited at least 30 days before listing
Browsed around and acted like a buyer
Listed cheap items like a plushie

I did everything right but as soon as an I list my first item I get suspended and they always say it's linked to another account or they say submit ID and SSN im not stupid to give them that.

I'm covering my tracks I know I'm not slipping up there's nothing that I'm forgetting

I want to just say forget it but I'm a reseller and the reason my income can't increase is because some of the things that I could sell won't sell on mercari or poshmark it's things that could only sell on eBay nobody is looking for those things on mercari. When the items I buy sell out people go straight to eBay not mercari.

If I could get back on eBay then my income can increase by a lot, I guess that's the reason I can't forget about eBay.

What do think is happening?
I keep going over everything and everything im doing is right, I research these forms day and night 😭

So what exactly is ebay doing? banning your accounts? if so it's probably your item.

The items are generic like a $5 stuffed animal you get from the store, I tried pencils, notebook paper, cheap wallets all that. Like I said earlier im doing everything right there's nothing else for me to try. I think im safe them boom one day after listing the item Im suspended and asked for ID. My IP address not leaking or anything Im so paranoid that I wipe my computer of everything before I make a new account and Im not talking about factory reset, Im talking like wiping your computer as if you're trying to hide from the feds. I tried almost all browsers chrome, firefox explorer, opera, duckduck go, brave, even puffin 😂

So if you or anyone have any other options I love to hear them

What are you using for IP?
What are you using for new phone number?
Are you listing 1 item at a time or large quantity?

For the new accounts, did you use the same bank but a new account number?

What type of address did you use?

Is your last name an unusual name?

Do you have an email address?

What did you do about PayPal?

Nobody's buying a new computer for every stealth account they make and VM doesn't work I get banned as soon as I click register.

I only listed 1 item and after a day im suspended. I never listed more than one item I try to wait until the first item sells but never get that far.

Address I tried a relatives and that didn't work so I started using virtual mailboxes. The one you can rent for cheap and have your mail sent there either you can pick it up or an assistant will mail you your stuff.

How can I sign up on eBay without an email address? Lol

I don't use PayPal. When I sign up to be a seller it asks me for my bank info it doesn't give me the option to connect a PayPal account

Explain what Im doing wrong then? I just said everything Im doing in the posts above. I explained what im doing and how Im doing it, so tell me what im doing wrong? Everything Im doing is in the stealth book or on the forums 😐

Unfortunately digital items are the best way to lose accounts over and over. It's a matter of time.
