Emails from 2018 offering to reinstate suspended account
 

I used an old email for my old ebay and hardly checked it. Well I checked recently and found some old emails from ebay from a new dept at that time reaching out to suspended sellers to try to get them to come back to ebay. They said I had a great record and great reviews and they could reinstate my account. By the time I saw this (Dec 2020) the email account they sent from 2 years prior was no longer active, apparantley neither is the department. Did anyone else get something like this? I was surprised because I have an indefinite suspension.

Few users have experienced this on the forum and reported initial results of reinstatement - time will tell if these accounts have continued success
