eBay keeps suspending
 

Hello.

I have a pretty unique case. I sell digital stuff from a game called Roblox.
I know how it is with digital items, the accounts get suspended fairly quickly.
But there are some strange behaviours that eBay was doing.

• There were some accounts that got banned after the first listing, but got unsuspended after an ID was sent.
• There was an other that was fine for about 3 monhts, then got suspended (after 3 VeRo)

And honestly I just dont know whats the right thing to do anymore. :doh:
The crazy part is that there are sellers who has sold over 11k items from the same game and they are still not banned! How is this possible?

I was thinking about stuff like, maybe I get suspended because i include the game name? :noidea:
-But no, the account I made just today got banned even without including any names or words that would point to the game.

My ip just got changed recently, and this was the first eBay I made with this IP address. I was using a completely different name and credit card information yet it still got banned.:rant:

What should I do? It got to a point where it makes me crazy. My mind is constantly thinking about solutions that might solve my problem but Im just confused as of now.

not unique at all, selling digital items as high risk

some may survive longer than others, its just about luck

Yea, by unique situation i was reffering to selling items from Roblox.
I know that selling digital items are high risk and many people suffer from these suspensions sadly. :(

But the biggest mystery here is how do those 11k order accounts still alive?:suspicious:

I will share one story from years ago. I was selling VeRO as well as another seller who went so far that he created a VeRO account with eBay and was reporting all the competition. So it might be just that. If you are selling something completely fine, contact these game devs so they can issue a formal letter that you are allowed to sell this and problem is done, eBay would even reinstate suspended accounts based on this and no matter how much times you get reported - you are clean.
