Hi

I have been suspened from using my account. I have been trying to pay but it keeps coming up "overpayments are not allowed"

After the above messag it then tells my account is zero

Been trying to phone ebay but the number given just tells you where to go, no contact customer relations

Can somebody help me please. Tel No. would much appreciated

Just go on your contact on your eBay account and you should have an option there to request a call.

So how did you do that??
When I was trying to get someone to help rest my password (see "suspended for trying to rest password"), an AI bot posted call this 866-xxxx help number which I did and it said this line is no longer in service, go to d'bay help chat, which I had just done a few minutes before. (round and round we go)

What a bunch of *** organization. Bet there not a live person at d'bay and if so they are in India or some foreign country barely able to speak English and read only whats in front of them with no way to over ride. :amen:

if your account is zero,then you need not make any payment.
could Ebay have sold your balance to some outfit,or write it off as loss
